If a scheduled task does not start as planned, please check the following items one by one.
- Another task is already running:Make sure no other task is running during the scheduled time. Wait for the current task to finish, then set the schedule again or wait for the next scheduled run.
- Incorrect schedule time:Check the schedule in the app. Set the start time after sunrise and the end time before sunset.
- Main task or sub-task switch is not enabled:Go to the schedule settings page in the app and make sure both the main task and sub-task switches are turned on.Note: Ensure that all days of the week for your appointment are highlighted in green on the appointment settings page. If the day of the week is grayed out, it means that the appointment will be disabled for that day.
- Weather conditions: rain detectedIf Rain Detection is enabled, the robot will pause scheduled mowing when rain is detected.
- Low battery:If the battery level is too low, at or below 15%, the robot will not leave the base station to start the task.
- Insufficient light:If the ambient light is too low, such as in the evening or during very cloudy weather, the robot may interrupt the scheduled task.
- The current map does not match the scheduled area:If the map shown on the app home page is different from the map selected for the scheduled task, the robot cannot start the schedule.
