You can submit feedback through the TerraMow app by following these steps. Our support team will reach out to you via email promptly to address your concerns.
- Open your TerraMow app and log in to your account.
- Go to the "Profile" tab and click on "Feedback".
- Fill out the feedback form to describe the issue you are facing.
- Please provide detailed information, including the time of occurrence, your actions, and any specific unusual behavior observed.
- Please check the "Upload all logs" option and move your mower to a location with a stable WiFi connection. Uploading logs helps our support team quickly identify the issue for better assistance.
- Click the "Submit" button. Wait for your issue description, images, or video attachments to finish uploading. Logs will be processed in the background.
- The log upload process may take approximately 20-60 minutes. Please refrain from operating the device during this time.
- Once your feedback submission is successful, you will receive an email in your inbox.
You can monitor your submitted feedback and our progress at any time within the TerraMow app.
- Open your TerraMow app and log in to your account.
- Go to the "Profile" tab and click on "Feedback".
- Tap the icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Your submitted feedback will be displayed in chronological order.
