Please follow these steps to try reconnecting the robot.
1. Check the main switch on the bottom of the robot
Stand the device upright, and press the right side of the main switch.
2. Check the light panel on the top of the robot
If the light is off, place the robot on its base station and charge for at least 3 minutes.
3. Check the WiFi network
- Ensure the router is connected to power and the internet.
- Try restarting the router. After the router has rebooted, check if the robot comes back online.
- Verify that other devices connected to the same WiFi, such as your phones or computers, can access the internet. If not, check the router settings.
- Confirm if the WiFi name or password has been changed. If there have been any changes, you will need to re-add the device.
- Make sure that the robot is not blocked by the router’s access control list.
If the robot still fails to come online after completing the above steps, please try re-adding the robot.
4. Re-add the robot
- Press and hold both the Home and Power button on the top of the robot for 3 seconds until you hear the "WiFi connection has been reset" sound.
- Open the app and return to the home page.
* Note: The robot that has gone offline will not automatically reconnect or disappear from the app.
- Swipe left until you see the “Add device” button at the bottom of the interface.
- Tap the “Add device” button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to re-add the robot.
