What is Add New Zone? When should I use it?

Applicable Model: TerraMow V & S Series

The "Add New Zone" feature is used to connect separate lawns by creating Multi-zone Pathways among them. This allows the robot to work across all areas during its operation.
 

When to Add New Zone

A pathway connects two separate and disconnected lawns.
 

Key Steps of Adding New Zone (via remote control)

  1. Click the map-editing icon.
  2. Select "Add new zone".
  3. Select "Add via manual control".
 
Tips:
  1. The pathway should be a flat pathway.
  2. The width of the pathway should be larger than 60cm (23.6").
  3. The width of the bridge should be larger than 150cm (59").
  4. Walk behind the robot when using the remote control.
  5. Set the start point and end point at least 1m (3.2ft) from the boundary.
  6. The pathway should start in the mapped lawn and end in the unmapped lawn.
 

Key Steps of Creating a Multi-zone Pathway (via map editing)

  1. Click the map-editing icon.
  2. Select "Add new zone".
  3. Select "Add via map editing".
